Create groups

Groups are the cornerstone of the Multi-User platform. Simply create a group, then assign users, printers, shared file folders, slicer profiles, etc to the group. For users, you can then set Roles/Permissions to restrict their access from certain functionality. You can even use SSO to auto-assign users to a group!

Shared folders

In Multi-User accounts, admins can create shared folders. This allows users to share design files and gcode files with others in their organization. Users can also have the option to keep files in private folders. Admins choose how file sharing/security is configured for their organization.

Shared queues

In Multi-User accounts, admins create Group Queues. Think of these as 'shared queues' in which all users with permission to add files to the queues can do so. Typically, admins grant specific users, such as a Lab Tech, the ability to process files in the Group Queue (slicing, printer selection, monitoring, quality control, etc). Admins can do A LOT more than that though, including: Print notifications, merging multiple objects onto a single build plate, reordering objects in the queue, reviewing toolpaths, checking print status, and much more.
